Chocolatey, warm brownies just calling for a scoop of vanilla

Ingredients
3cupswhite sugar
1cupbutter, melted
1Tbsp.vanilla extract
4eggs
1 1/2cupall-purpose flour
1cupunsweetened cocoa powder
1tsp.salt
1 1/2cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 by 13 pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Combine sugar, melted butter, and vanilla in a large bowl. Beat in eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
Combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually add flour mixture into egg mixture until blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour batter into the pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the top.
Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes. Let cool and slice.
