Place all the ingredients into the blender. Blend on high for 30 seconds. Add a bit more coconut water if it is too thick.
Pour into two cups. Serve immediately.

Katie's Tips:*This is based off the Mariano's green smoothie.*Buy prewashed kale or baby kale in the lettuce area of the grocery store.*If you cannot find a ripe pear, use 3 small, canned pears slices.
