Add vodka, coffee liquor, espresso, simple syrup, a pinch of salt, baileys and creme de cocoa (If using) into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake for thirty seconds.
Pour into a chilled martini glass and serve immediately.

Katie's Tips:*I use Starbucks espresso roast whole beans and make an espresso shot using my Breville.*Mr. Black makes a great coffee liquor if you are looking for a good brand. *The Bailey's and Creme de Cacao add creaminess and a very subtle chocolate flavor. These create a nice depth flavor to the martini.*To chill your martini glasses, place them in the freezer for thirty minutes.
